The team of our Patient Coordinators are here from the first contact, throughout your booking, arrival to Prague and departure back home.

During your stay in Prague we are available for any questions you might have 24/7 on telephone and Whatsapp numbers you will be given.

We will also help you to organise your accommodation in Prague, book a complimentary airport transfer from Prague airport to your accommodation. We will also organise your pick-up for your pre-operative tests, surgery, check-ups and will be there personally during your visits at the clinic.

Further after departure back home we will communicate with how you are recovering and keeping in touch to make sure you are happy with your Lens Replacement and Cataract surgery performed in Prague.
