From the first contact it was a very pleasant experience, All communication was very thorough and informative but also friendly, I traveled to Prague with my cousin who was impressed by the clinic so decided to have his lenses replaced at the same time as myself, we had a wonderful week in Prague , in a very nice hotel which was recommended by the clinic, all our transport from airport and back plus all the taxis from hotel to the clinic and back were taken care of by a lovely young woman called Beth, who was in touch with us every day letting us know taxis had arrived then meeting us at the clinic, talking us through the entire process. All of this including flights, hotel, meals etc still cost less than half the uk price for same lens replacement. The team at the clinic were very friendly making us feel at ease , even though there was no need as the procedure was so simple, totally painless and both eyes done in about 20 mins from start of operation to end, carried out by a wonderful specialist who even sang to us during the operation, then had a photo taken with us as a keep sake, I couldn’t praise beauty Prague enough for such a fantastic service.

From start to finish I cannot fault the service, everything was excellent. Nela and Beth both communicated to a very high standard with me throughout. While I was in Prague I was provided with a seamless service from Beth and the staff at the clinic. The whole process was very well organised and I felt confident in the care I received. I can honestly say I have had no discomfort or pain at all from my treatment. The surgeon was confident and experienced and made me feel in safe hands. Finally the cost of treatment was significantly lower than in the UK and we got to see Prague! Highly recommended!

Ideally if you would send us your prescription, so our medical team could assess your suitability for Lens Replacement surgery or Cataract surgery.
There is no deposit to be paid to book your treatment with us. It is necessary to assess your suitability for the treatment prior to your arrival to make sure you are suitable for Lens Replacement or Cataract surgery. Our aim is to provide you with as much information about your surgery prior to your arrival.
We will email you all the costs when you apply for our free email consultation. There are no hidden costs and we provide you also with estimate costs for your accommodation, stay in Prague etc. All costs related to your surgery are already included in the surgery incl. the consultation, thorough examination, surgery, premium lenses, post-operative medication and eye drops and check-ups.
There is no need to come to Prague twice. We are able to discuss your treatment with you and arrange it online. All the necessary examinations and a personal consultation will be done here in Prague, usually the next day of your arrival. Your Lens Replacement surgery will be done on the same trip. All toghether you need to stay in Prague for 4-5 days.
However, there is also an option to come to Prague first for your eye examination and consultation only. And plan your next trip when the surgery will be performed in 3 months as the examination is valid for this time only. The eyesight can change after this time period and the results would not be accurate. If you decide for the two trips the free airport transfers are not covered for the arrival for the examination only, only for the second – the surgery trip. The cost for separate eye examination is 150 € / £140.
